Once booked, a private consultation is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled except in dire circumstances that are up to the discretion of Bad Dogs Gone Good. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or at the first consulation/class unless otherwise arranged with Bad Dogs Gone Good. All classes and training services are non-refundable. If you miss a class, make-up classes may be arranged depending on the class however cannot be guaranteed. Please discuss options with me if this issue arises.
Dogs that are sick or recovering from illness are not permitted to partake in class. If your dog is not neutered or spayed please disclose this as we may have to ensure they are safe during class or sessions. If your dog is in heat she may not attend classes. You may attend class without your dog in these cases and this is encouraged.
Please ensure your dog is up to date on necessary vaccines or has had a recent titre.
If your dog has a bite history you must disclose this at time of booking. Those with a bite history must be safe during classes and if muzzle trained wear a muzzle. If they are not yet muzzle trained please contact me so we can ensure they are introduced to this equipment in the correct way.
I do reserve the right, in the name of safety for everyone, to decide that group classes are not a fit for your dog if their behaviour is not acceptable for the environment. If this is the case, we will make
arrangements for private training and apply a credit towards such from the initial payment made for the class.
Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by one adult who is NOT the main handler for the dog in class. Each dog must have a focused and dedicated handler that is not distracted. Children are
welcome as they are an integral part of the family unit and play an important role.
All dogs must remain on leash at all times unless instructed otherwise. No dog-dog interaction on the premises unless permission has been granted, this is for the safety of students and dogs.
The client has the right to refuse any part of the functional assessment, training class and/or behavior change program including any training exercises they feel are inappropriate. It is recommended that client openly communicates with the trainer/behavior consultant, and the behavior change or training program may be adjusted to reflect the client’s wishes. The client has the right to ask further questions and be clear on all relevant details before consenting to the consulting relationship.
Payment must be made during registration process or upon arrival at first visit in the form of cash or cheque. Email money transfers and Paypal payments can be sent to email@example.com.
NSF cheques or payments are subject to a $25 dollar fee. After payment for services is made refunds are not offered. As a small business I hope you can understand my limitations once payment has been made
